Answer – No, ABS does not directly modify AD with normalized phone numbers. Phone numbers in AD can be pre-normalized using a utility in the Live Communication Server 2005 SP1 resource kit. Please see the Communicator_Phone_Normalization_Scripts_Guide.doc, which is installed in the PhoneNormalization folder of the reskit.
