Yes. Each month AARP staff meets with The Hartford management and staff to review all aspects of service delivered to its members. This includes actual monitoring of phone calls and reviews of service performance statistics and results, to ensure that The Hartford continues to live up to its commitment of excellent service to AARP members. AARP also works closely with The Hartford management to identify problems and develop appropriate solutions.
