Yes. It is very important for victims to keep personal information current in the VOICE/VINE database so that VOICE can notify them of important information regarding the offender (examples: escape, parole, death) and so they can continue to receive payments if the offender owes them restitution. A victim can update personal information on the VOICE Web site or by mail.
