Participating firms must have an owner or employee who is a member in good standing of the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, in private practice, available for assignments (see Article 4.01a of the Standard Terms and Conditions). This condition will never be relaxed. Separate versions of the product are available to members of the AIC, CNAREA and OEAQ, so there will be no transfer of data between members of these different appraisal organizations.
