Does a UK Police caution disqualify me from travelling to US via Visa Waiver scheme?
I have heard you do not qualify for the visa waiver scheme now even if you have just been arrested, as you know this includes your caution (as apposed to convicted which is the situation in Canada and used to be in the U.S) i personally have never heard ‘moral turpitude’ mentioned. If i was you i would double check with the Emmbasy. They do do spot checks on the valadity of the info you provide on arrival in U.S; i know this because i know someone who ‘forgot’ to declair a minor situation; they did let him continue on his trip after quite a lenghty interview – not the best way to start your hol’s.
