No, Cabled IOT is not required for CCF Certification today. Currently, there are three Cabled IOT Device Endorsement options a Vendor can choose from if it wishes to have Cabled IOT performed (Alcatel-Lucent, Motorola and Nortel). The choice would likely be determined by the target market for the terminal.
