Does a teenage brain feel more emotion than an adult one?

I don’t think the teenage brain feels more emotion than the adult brain. It might seem like it because the teenage brain is experiencing things for the first time and has yet to learn how to deal with them. As the brain matures, having experienced both uplifting things and let downs begins to make judgments. If the mind makes the right judgments then things go well and if the mind hasn’t learned anything then it makes the same mistakes over and over. Love is one of the mistakes a lot of people make because they base what they think is love on feelings, usually of the groin area. A person who can evaluate their feelings and make right judgments often find a love that will last them a lifetime. True love comes from the heart rather than the groin area.
