Does a Surf School differ from a Surf Camp?
Like a any school Fulcrum Surf School offers daily instruction all the way from the rudiments of surfing in our local summer surf camps in Del Mar, California up to the most advanced competitive surfing classes with elements of mental preparation from top local surf coaches. Some of our coaches have been competitive surfers themselves, others have become expert through a lifetime dedicated to the sport of surfing, honing their skills over years with hours and hours in the water surfing. All of our highly trained surfing teachers have CPR and First Aid training and certification and will pass along their passion for surfing excellence. Like regular school, Fulcrum Surf School is year round, offering a different set of surf classes in the Winter Surf Lessons than in our Summer Surf Lessons.
