Does a student who has been charged with a violation need an attorney?

0

A student who appears before the Subcommittee on Student Discipline may have an advisor accompany him/her. The advisor may not represent the student, only advise them. An advisor can be another student, instructor/professor, attorney, parent, or friend (i.e., anyone the student chooses to bring to the hearing with them).
