(Back to Top) If there has been a significant update in information, the student should invest in a new textbook. Otherwise, the student can use the old textbook for recertification. If the student is recertifying and using the same textbook, then the Education Center/Instructor is required to issue FA/CPR Pocket Guides or Good Samaritan Guides to the student.
