Does a sponsor need to make the Secretary aware of any changes in information reported on the sponsor’s application?
Yes. We understand that information on a sponsor’s application may need to be updated as the program progresses. We expect that a sponsor will update us as soon as it is aware of any change in the information it provided in the application. The specifics as to how to update us will be clarified in further guidance. It should be noted that changes in information could, if the sponsor no longer meets the requirements of the program or was not truthful in the original application, cause the sponsor’s application to be retroactively denied or terminated.
