Yes, IAW TRADOC Reg 350-6 Chap 1, Para 4c: The guidance in this regulation is intended to ensure each IET soldier meets the technical and tactical standards established for their MOS prior to graduation from IET and assignment to the field. This includes a requirement for each soldier to demonstrate an inculcation of the Seven Army Values.
