After reading the answers so far, I’d say everyone has a different pain threshold. I have a tattoo on the back of my neck and it did not hurt at all. I mean, I was very surprised that it didn’t hurt! I have a tattoo on the top of left foot which hurt a lot and I also have one around my right ankle that goes onto the top of my foot. That one hurt as well.
