Does a Scientific Inquiry work sample that meets in some but not all of the required dimensions meet the achievement standard?
No. A work sample that does not have a score of four or higher in each of the required dimensions does not meet the achievement standard on its own merit. The term “partially meets” is being used in the data management system of at least one ESD to describe a work sample that does not meet the achievement standard but has scores that meet either the Designing and Collecting requirement OR the Forming and/or the Analyzing requirement.
