Does a schools shoe company affiliation affect a college choice?

Hornbuckle: “When I visited Duke, I stayed with Alana Beard, and she only had Nike gear. I thought, ‘Dang, this is serious.’ ” Parker: “Yeah, it’s obvious when LeBron signs for $90 million.” Q: Will the WNBA be around when it’s time for you to play? Humphrey: “When players like Diana Taurasi and Beard play, it’ll bring extra hype, and all will be good.” Parker: “It took 20-30 years before (the NBA) made money. The WNBA is 7 years old, give it a chance.” Q: Do you see a time women will follow the guys leaving college early for the pros? Parker: “Not any time soon.
