A8) No, the advice(CSC 05/03) says they have to ” show they meet the requirements”. However their needs to be proof that these requirements have been met. So the RM would need a portfolio plus their professional certificates and the “Inspector” would have to take the time to judge it against the standards!! Q9) If a Registered Manager has the “professional requirements” and the “management qualification at level 4” and they complete the advised units (CSC 05/03) for the Reg. Mgr. Qualification, why don’t they get a Registered Managers award certificate, rather than only unit certificates? A9) The only way they could get the full cert. is if either their existing qualifications can be tracked and APL’d to the award or their Qualifications are NVQ’s and thus include the units already accredited.
