i have a 12 week puppy, when i gave her milbemax, which my vet gave me when she had her jab, she was very loose and she also had blood in it, the vet then gave her antibiotics and an injection, powder to harden her up. It took about 2 weeks to go back to normal, when it was her next wormer due i gave her panacur paste again what the vet gave me, and yes that made her loose for about 10 days. In total i have 5 dogs and this was the first time this has happened. So yes it is possable. Feed your puppy on boiled chiken and mix it with rice, this will help him/her.
