Does a Professional Discussion have to be audio taped?
A Professional Discussion is a structured discussion, which explores key aspects of the candidate’s knowledge and understanding of practices and procedures. Audio tape is not the only recording method. However, it has been shown to be a practical way of recording the discussion. Whichever way it is recorded it must provide evidence of competence and be referenced to the NSoW. Ref.
