For new persons, never enrolled in a Medicaid Waiver, they need to be in a Nursing Facility for 21 days and have an Interdisciplinary Team Meeting to be discharged onto GO. A person who is currently on the GO waiver and has entered a nursing facility who has not had a change in their functional abilities does not need to remain in the facility for 21 or have an IDT before discharge.
