We don’t think so–and how someone can call this “patent pending” is questionable. Fresnel lenses were invented in the early 1800’s by a Frenchman named Fresnel. They’ve been used in lighthouse lenses and cinema lighting fixtures, also in enlarging video monitor images since the 1960’s, and more recently in rear projection televisions. Don’t buy into this nonsense–it’s all hype and deception.
