Does a parent need to be home while the student is being tutored?
While you do not need to be in the same room (and we recommend that you aren’t!), the student’s parent or guardian must be home at all tutoring sessions. This is for the safety of all parties involved! If tutoring is to occur at school, we can arrange for another adult to accept this responsibility. This will be discussed in detail at the initial meeting.
