Does a parent have any parental rights when in prison?
Hi my daughter’s father is serving a long sentence in prison we were never married but he had parental responsibility,I take her to see him every 2 weeks and sometimes his mother will take her and he has since become a muslim he has been talking of converting his daughter into a muslim which I disapprove of does he lose his parental responibility now he is in prison and can he and his mother change her to muslim behind my back without my consent I’m really worried about my daughter going with his mother and they both do this behind my back.
