Does a parent accompanying a teenager need to purchase a separate ticket to attend the Expo?
The short answer is, yes — a parent accompanying a child must purchase a separate ticket. The committee discussed this question in our early planning meetings. Because of the limited capacity of our venue, we concluded that we don’t have the flexibilty to offer any kind of family discount. Further, the seminars and information at the Expo will be of value to both teens and parents. Thus, each individual attending the 2009 Expo must purchase a ticket. At future events, we do hope to offer families some kind of discount. We apologize for any inconvenience.
