Does a new lessee have to become a director of Stratone Court Management Ltd or Azelin Court RTM Company Ltd?

There is no requirement to become a director. However until 30 April 2007 all lessees are required to own a share in Stratone Court Management Ltd (sold to them at par i.e. 10 by the vendor). After the Right To Manage is exercised on 1 May 2007 this requirement may lapse and it is believed that Azelin Court RTM Company Ltd could hold the shares in Stratone Court Management Ltd on behalf of lessees. All lessees are welcome to stand as a director and become involved in the management of the company. All lessees are encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting.
