Does a narrow or thin ring fit differently than a wide ring?
When determining ring size, it is usually done for a narrow or thin ring. Keep in mind that a wider band may require a larger finger ring size and may also fit more comfortably when worn a little more loosely. Your ring size for a wide band (such as 10mm or 12mm) may be a quarter or half size larger than your ring size for a narrow or thin ring (such as 2mm or 4mm).
