Yes, you must obtain a building permit for a mobile home by coming to the CDO to fill out an application and going over the requirements of everything that will be needed to obtain the permit (a list of requirements is included on this web site). The only exception is if you live in a MOBILE HOME PARK, which is EXEMPT from requiring building permits.
