Does a lion roar when hunting for prey?
Thank you for asking this question, a lion does roar when hunting prey. There is more than one phase of hunting, and I believe that most people are thinking of the stalking stage where they may remain quite to sneak up on the prey. But during the attack stage you can watch videos and see and hear that they do roar. So I think this is important to consider too, that they can roar when something is near enough to be attacked. I also think that man-eaters ( lions that purposely hunt humans for food ) is something that is fitting when considering this, they do actively hunt for people as food. God’s word tells us to be sober ( serious ) and vigilant ( alert, watchful to avoid danger ) because the enemy does walk about as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. We can see the intentions of the enemy in this, that he wants to devour, or destroy us. I would like to share how the enemy roars and what he wants to accomplish with this.
