does a house need a whole house fan?
Installing a fan is an expense every time you use it. Or, remove the gutters and develop icicles (those always look artistic). But a fan would merely redistribute the heat, which is more efficient use of your heating energy, but ultimately the crawl space would still heat anyway. Osmosis will have its way. If you’re comfortable without the fan, I’d try some other solution before I got up that high in the air to install one.
