According to a 2007 study conducted by researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health, maintaining a healthy diet can improve your chances of getting pregnant, particularly if you have an ovulatory disorder. The study (called the Harvard Nurses’ Health Study) followed 18,000 female nurses over eight years and found that those who maintained a certain type of diet were more likely to get pregnant.
