No. A puppy incubating a disease can appear healthy when the vet examines it, but become ill the next day. Some congenital defects might not show up until a puppy is as old as ten months of age. A health certificate does say that the puppy appeared healthy on the date of examination. We do however make every possible attempt to make sure you get a very happy healthy puppy.
