Does a header and slip-on exhaust make a crf250r go any faster?
I have a Crf250X With a FMF power core 2 exhaust and I didn’t notice any more power out of the engine, but maybe thats just me. The exhaust note became much deeper as a result. I think that if you have a heavily modified bike, a performance exhaust will open up more power then on a bone stock bike. A good Compliment Modification. I have a Uni air filter and a different carb jet to get more performance. If you want more Top end/ or Low end speed, i would recommend changing sprockets. I saw a large difference when i put larger sprockets on my bike.
