It is possible for a woman with an intact hymen (her “vaginal wall”) to get pregnant, yes. It is just not very likely. A woman will probably have her menses (period) before her hymen breaks, and the blood has to come out. This means that there is already a hole in the wall. It is possible for a man’s sperm to enter through that hole, and make the woman pregnant. Again, it is possible, but not very likely.
