Does a doberman and boxer get along as pups?
Dogs don’t discriminate by breed as to how they get along. It’s all about their personality. Just like people. If you have a dog (any breed) that is more dominant it will more then likely fight for the right to be “top dog” when around other dogs. It’s been my experiance that any dog will get along with any other dog when raised from pups together. But if one dog is greedy with food, it may snap to have more chow. If one dog has a strong bond with its owner and the other dog is getting attention from the owner it may get jealous. Just like people dogs experiance emotions as unpredictable as our own. It doesn’t have anything to do with any particular breed in my opinion, and I’ve been working with dogs for over 20 years. I think I should know!!
