Does a dismissed criminal charge show on a background check for nursing school?
Usually they do, but they show as dismissed. I got arrested one time for a guy by the same name as mine. He had written a bad check. The cops in this matter were real rocket scientists…the guy was 20+ years older, he was a junior, I am not, he had no driver’s license, I do, not a SINGLE number of his social security number matched mine, AND HE WAS A DIFFERENT RACE THAN I AM! Yet, still they arrested me because the names were the same. Needless to say, I beat it in court, yet it shows up as a bad check charge thatw was dismissed.
