Yes, once your event has been approved by the MTA, your deposit check guarantees the used of Vanderbilt Hall (or the Northeast Balcony), subject to the signing of an original permit/contract. The signed, original permit/contract is required prior to load-in of your event. To produce a permit/contract, the following must be submitted to Jones Lang LaSalle 30 days prior to load-in of event.
