Does a contract paid from school student activity funds require a BRC?
If only student funds are involved, a BRC is not required. If there is any contribution of public funds, a BRC is required. This is a special situation, similar to that of when student activity funds are covered under the Public School Contracts Law. If the Public School Contracts Law covers the contract award, a BRC is required.
