Does a Company have the ability to customize access to and usage of the CreativeHeads.net tracking software by department and/or individuals?
A. Yes. The administrator of the company’s CreativeHeads.net account can select which employees receive access as well as restrict the level of access these users have on a per job basis. Up to seven permission levels can be restricted (i.e. Manage Job, Activate/Deactivate Job, Change Jobseeker Status, Make Notes, Save/Invite Jobseekers, Edit Job, Pass/Clear Jobseekers). The administrator also has the ability to monitor all usage of the CreativeHeads.net software within their company and audit such usage if necessary.
