Does a certificate for divorce/ judicial separation cover ancillary relief proceedings?
A certificate to take or defend divorce proceedings will cover an application to take or defend ancillary relief provided the application is made prior to or within six months from the date of the decree absolute. A certificate for judicial separation will cover ancillary relief proceedings if issued within six months from the date of the decree of judicial separation.
