No one here has any way of knowing. You ACTUALLY need to check the condo bylaws, to see what the association is responsible for, and what YOU are responsible for. If the bylaws say “bare walls including interior walls”, then the only parts of your unit included for coverage would be drywall – no paint, built in cabinetry (NOT any improvements you made, but the standard), and subflooring. Bathtubs and showers WOULD be included – but only the standard for the association, NOT any upgraded ones you might have put in. THIS IS GOING TO VARY. You will have to check with your agent, AND READ YOUR BYLAWS.
