You are the trim. When you shift your weight forward you shift the nose down and the stern up. When you shift your weight back the stern dips and the bow rises. You can even shift the trim left and right using your weight. Jet skis are small enough that you can shift your weight this way, and it’s a lot easier than trim tabs.
