Does 3i offer a graduate training scheme and what are the requirements for applicants at entry level?
3i doesn’t operate a classical graduate programme, as given the nature of our business we tend to recruit more experienced people. Our most junior investment stream positions are at Analyst level where applicants typically require two years of post-graduate professional experience in an M&A, Corporate Finance, Tax, Audit or Consultancy environment. On occasions however, our European Offices will hire newly qualified graduates with relevant work experience gained through focused internships in an M&A, Corporate Finance or Advisory environment.
