Yes. 1st Digital provides Instant Print Refunds for test prints or test CDs made by technicians that are employees or agents of 1st Digital, provided the test prints / CDs are returned to 1st Digital with the refund request form. Does 1st Digital provide Instant print Refunds for blank sheets of photo paper used during initialization of the printer? No. During initialization the printer feeds paper through its rollers and “prints” about half a dozen blank prints. This ensures correct paper registration and removes any paper that has finger prints from paper loading. There is excess paper on each roll to allow for this. Does 1st Digital provide Instant Print Refunds for spare paper left when a ribbon runs out, or spare ribbon left over when paper runs out?
