Remove the screws from the door handle and the arm is equipped. The power window switch panel snaps into place. Pry up on that and it will pop out. Unplug that. Starting at the bottom of the door, pop the panel loose. It just has clips securing it to the door. When the clips are all loose, you may want to pop the cover loose from the sideview mirror. You should then be able to lift the door panel from the top edge closest to the window. You can then see of the regulator is broken or whatever the case may be. If the motor is running, but the window isn’t moving, it is more than likely the regulator has a broken cable or strap. Either way, the replacement parts for that comes only as a motor and regulator assembly. If you don’t hear the motor run, make sure it doesn’t work with the driver’s door master switch for that window also. If it works with the driver’s door switch, but not the passenger door switch, it could be the passenger door switch, the wiring, or the harness that goes from
