2000 dodge avenger 2.5 V6 blower fan runs when key is out and car is off runs battery down i dont know if its a relay switch a fuse or the brain is bad anyone know what it might be thanks A: Most likely it’s the relay. They get build up on the contacts and then it sticks. Try tapping on it to see if the fan shuts off. Or see if there is another relay in there that is EXACTLY the same and temporarily swap them to see if that helps. If none of that works see if the fan stays on when the relay is removed. If so we need to dig deeper.
