Documents not open properly in FocalTRACK. What could be wrong?
You may notice a pop-up blocker that prevents document from being displayed or prevents downloads to your computer. The simplest way to alleviate any problems this is to add the FocalTRACK website to your browser’s trusted sites list. Add FocalTRACK to you Trusted Sites (see visual steps) • Go to Internet Explorer Tools menu, and then select Internet Options. • Select the Security Tab, then select the Trusted Sites (Green icon) • Select the Sites… button and add “www.focaltrack.com” and click Add. • Unselect “Require Server Verification (https)…” and click OK. (optional step – prevents notice when entering secure area) • Move the sliding bar to “Low” (only applies to Internet Explorer 7).
