Healthplex CVO has designed a Provider Personal Profile for client use. To begin the initial credentialing process Healthplex CVO will mail or fax a blank profile to the provider. In order to make the recredentialing process faster and more efficient Healthplex CVO has created a pre-populated Provider Personal Profile in which all previous information given by the provider is already printed on the profile.
