Do you think women need to have better communication and empowerment skills to be great leaders ?
i think that in order to be a great leader you need to have communication skills regardless of whether you are male or female. being a great leader is about having a captivating projection of reaching out to people even when they oppose you. if you know how to put yourself out there, you know how to catch someone’s attention with your use of words(communication) and you have that sense of knowing what you want and how you gonna achieve it. what i’ve noticed @ times is that when females put their point across espeically about poverty, they make it their duty for it be heard and understood.
