Do you think the complexity, urgency and need for change has out paced organizations’ skills at implementing change?
I hope not. It seems to me that if organizations cannot keep up with the pace and complexity of change they are doomed to disappear. Clearly this is what happened at a number of well known companies. They did not keep up and now they are gone. Technology has accelerated the pace and need for chnage. Every company needs ot get ahead of the curve.
