Do you think the british should pull their forces out of the war?
No I don’t think the British forces should pull out of Afghanistan and, as has been pointed out, British forces are there as part of an international force which includes Irish troops and the purpose of this international force is to remove and prevent the return to power of the oppressive Taliban regime that provided a haven for terrorists. So if you are referring to Britain as a dictatorship you are also by default referring to Ireland as being one too and this is plainly ridiculous in both cases. The Taliban government was a dictatorship but at least the people of Britain and Ireland, like all democratic countries, have a chance to vote for who leads them even if not everyone gets the leadership they want. The problem with the war in Afghanistan is that when troops clear one area they often have to withdraw because they do not have the resources to occupy territory and the taliban forces are then free to return. This is made worse by the fact that the Taliban are generally fighting
