Do you think that there are other planets in the galaxy that we can colonise?

We are extremely lucky with our earth, in our solar system, with our sun in our galaxy. Our galaxy is not one of the extremely active galaxies, where life would be improbable, but active enough to form enough heavy elements (at this age of the universe). Our galaxy is old enough to have produced enough heavy elements by star explosions, to form earth-like planets. Young galaxies have hydrogen and helium, but not enough other elements. Our solar system resides in a special (green) area in our galaxy, not too close to the dangerous galactic center (the radiation would destroy life), not too far away (where less heavier elements are), not near other stars, which explode(d) into life-destroying super novae, but inside an old supernova-bubble of an exploded star, out of which our solar system was created, and without other stars very close to us. Our solar system has a nice medium star, not too big (too hot, too much radiation, too short living), not too small (too cold), not a double star
